- About Me:
- I'm often asked "How did you get started making soaps?" My answer usually starts with, "Well, my husband said I could stay home when we found out we were pregnant!" Being that I was able to stay home with my daughter, for whom my company is named after, I was also able to do a lot of research on why commercial soaps bothered my skin leaving it dry, itchy and flaky. Lo and behold, after reading about all the chemicals I was putting on my body from commercial soaps, I knew I could do something about that! I then began my research into making soaps for myself. After a LOT of reading and many trial and error attempts, I found I really enjoyed making soaps from scratch! From there I learned how to make lotions, then creams and of course, that branched out into what you see today!
