That is too funny, you are the second request I have had to do Custom Logo Necklaces and what a great idea. The answer is yes. Luckily I work at a graphics/sign shop part time. Here is the low down:
If you can get me a Vectored image (ex: eps illustrator) it will be easy to do. If you don't have that we can probably use a high resolution Jpeg. If you don't have either you will be talking set-up and that could run $25-$30 just to set it up.
Let me know what you think, I am going to have to put this on my website...
