Not really sure, but I imagine we send books around that others can choose from and then add some of their own to the box. Shipping books is usually not too expensive since they can go media mail.

I have a bunch sitting and waiting to go to the used book store. If anyone is interested I can post the titles and if you want 'em, I'll send 'em.

This sounds like a good way to do a book swap, but maybe we should start a new forum topic for it or something so it does not get lost among the book discussion.

Okey dokey. I will make a list and start a new thread!

OMG...I have not even been following this. Dead deer hanging in your backyard? Bison and doe in the freezer? Grocery shopping every three months? Shopping every THREE months?
I think I need to stay in suburbia. Patty, you live a fascinating life. Very interesting.

Liz...I am with you...just caught up with this thread. Wow I have missed a lot. My husband has wanted to move to Montana for awhile...love the huckle berries, but the shopping thing would not work for me! We may make it to the grand old huckle berry festival one year (we seriously talk about it every year!).

oh the book club - yes very interested, but already in a book club that I cannot keep up with! I will try, but may have to live vicariously through MP! But do have some books for book swap....guess I will have to re-read this thread to find the latest book and when its due.

Okay, I finished the book. She certainly packs a lot into 250ish pages. I have to admit there was a lot I didn't see coming. And like Amy said, it's still bugging me. I can't decide how I feel about the end. So before I spoil it for anyone else, is anyone else done? It was a really good book and well written.

I finally picked up the book from the library today, so I'm giong to start reading it tonight.

Yeah, I'm still sort of stumped by the ending. Not really sure what to say..... Probably better to not say anything until everyone is finished?

I am too. (stumped by the ending.) I feel like i should have seen it coming, but I didn't. And it makes sense but then again it doesn't make sense at all. I can't decide what would have been a more satisfying ending either though.

Debra, it pulls you in and it's a quick read, can't wait to hear what you think!
