Indie Businesses and Socially Conscious Shoppers ComingTogether

I have so many and need to purge. Anyone open to the idea of swapping? If so I can send pics and descriptions.

Thanks,
Amy

Good Morning, I am interested! What are you looking for in trade? When on my buying adventures I have purchased pendants, toggles in silver tone, chain. Or are you interested in ready made items?
Thanks,
Sheila

I'm interested in all kinds of things... that is sort of the problem. When you say ready made items do you mean finished jewelry or findings?

Thanks!
Amy

Good Morning, sorry about not being clear. Ready made items would be finished hand-crafted jewelry created by me. I also have findings such as chain by Blue Moon on cards in packages that I purchased in bulk but have not opened or used; I have several sets of base metal (but attractive) toggles that I also purchased from Blue Moon in bulk. I also have quite an assortment of large focal beads in natural Carnelian, White Turquoise, etc. Presently, my orders are for rosaries which require 59 beads (preferably 6 or 8 mm). I am being asked for various colors of gemstones. Young men prefer their First Holy Communion rosary to be made of gemstones rather than crystal or black.
Blessings,
Sheila

O.k. - I have some beautiful glass pearls....LOTS of glass pearls. They are 12mm though. Chocolate, cream and baby pink.

Focal beads? How big are we talking?

I have some 10mm round faceted garnets but there are only 42 so not sure if that is helpful. I also have garnet briolettes that are faceted about 6 mm.

I'm going to list some amethyst and smokey quartz in my etsy store right now. Anything in my etsy store is tradeable too. www.amysteinberg.etsy.com

I am not interested, BUT we did a thing a few years ago. It was like a round robin, where people signed up to swap beads (or you could do whatever). You would send the beads you want to get rid of to the first person on the list. They would take what they wanted and then ADD some of their beads to the box and send it on. By the time it gets back to you, you would hopefully have some different beads.

Now that I wrote this out, I realize that it doesn't help you get rid of them. LOL But it was fun to see what people sent.

I was thinking along these lines but wasn't sure how to pull it off......

Amy,

What types of beads & gems do you have? I have a bunch lampwork, chevron, crackle, gemstones, etc.....as well that I would love to swap, trade, etc.......I am getting rid of some of them at my daughter's school this coming week by helping the little ones make bracelets for their mom's for Mother's Day but I know I will still have more left.......I swear they just keep multiplying in the studio!LOL!!! Course it might help if I quit buying more beads!

Sparkles!
