With our new 5th Avenue Bath Co. Punch Card Program, you'll now earn one "punch" for every $25.00 spent.
Once you've purchased $125.00 worth of product and received 5 "punches",
you'll receive a 1 oz Pillow & Linen Spray (scent of your choice) AND two 1 oz soap slivers (our choice of scents).
This customer incentive program takes begins April 1, 2008.
Visit your account page for current punch totals and to redeem a filled punch card.
Redemption Instructions
Once your Punch Card is filled, it can be redeemed for the scent of your choosing.
1. Go to your account page.
2. Check the box at the bottom.
3. Go shopping for the Pillow & Linen Spray scent AND bundle of soap slivers (two) you'd like and add it to your cart.
******* You must add the free products to your cart manually to get them for free.*******
4. You'll see the FREE products in your shopping cart and you can check out or continue shopping.
Punch earn rate is as follows:
1 punch per $25.00 of products ordered
Punch Card Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to discontinue the Punch Card program without notice.
The Punch Card Program cannot be combined with any other specials, sales, promotions or discounts.
Punches are awarded upon order completion and are valid on future orders.
Punches earned during an order will not be available for use on that order.
Punch cards are non-transferrable and cannot be combined.
(If you have more than one account, we cannot combine cards into one account).
This program is not available for sales reps, wholesale, or private label clients.
